Current Obituaries
Linda Louise Callahan, age 72 of Elkmont died Tuesday at her residence.

Mrs. Callahan was born August 3, 1948 in Vevay, Indiana. She was a member of Berea Baptist Church, Athens. She was a homemaker, loving Wife, Mother, and Grandmother.

 
 
Services will be 12 noon Saturday at Berea Baptist Church with Pat Lawrence officiating, burial in Huntsville Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Saturday from 11 am until service time at the church.

 
Tommy Reyer, Matthew Reyer, Ty Phillips, Matthew Leopard, B.J. Jarrett and Cory Looney will serve as pallbearers.
 
Survivors, Daughters, Lunetta(Derrick) Reyer. Beverly (Keith) Birdwell. Lynda (Jeff) Phillips all of Athens. Son, Sean (Tanya) Callahan of Athens.

 
Grandchildren, Tommy Reyer, Matthew Reyer, Ashley Leopard, Courtney Jarrett, Brittany Looney , Ty Phillips, Parisa Callahan, and Addie Grace Callahan.

 
Great Grandchildren, Holdyn Phillips, Case Phillips, Ella Rae Phillips, Brinlyn Looney, Easton Looney, Collin Looney, Gwenyth Leopard, and Everleigh Jarrett.

 
Brothers, Calvin Browning of Kentucky. Larry Browning of Harvest and Arnold Browning of Indiana.
 
She had several nieces and nephews.

 
She was preceded in death by her Parents, Calvin and Emma Browning. Husband, Thomas Paul Callahan .  Brother, Harold Browning. Family ask donations to be made to the American Cancer Society.

Granny will be missed dearly. We love you so much, you was a kind hearted woman who whould do anything for anybody. Now you can be with papaw we know u have missed him this last year!

Vicki, you were the best mother in law. Very sweet and good to everyone. You are so loved by Bobby and I and will dearly be missed. Although we didnt want you to go I know you are happy being with Bob.
