John Aaron Williams Sr., 83 of Elkmont, Alabama, died Monday, October 18, 2021 at his residence.

A Memorial Service will be held later. Spry Funeral Home in Athens is assisting the family.

Mr. Williams was born May 31, 1938 in Alabama and he was a farmer.

So sorry to hear of your dads passing . He was such a sweet and witty man and I really enjoyed carrying Dad to visit with him when I could. Those two will be missed greatly by all of us. I can only imagine they have been reunited with their parents and brothers looking down on us and waiting for the day we can join them again. God Bless you and your family
