Jerry Manson Turner, 77 of
Athens, Alabama, went to be with the Lord Thursday, February 9, 2023 at
Athens-Limestone Hospital.
Services will be 2pm Monday at Madison Street
Baptist Church with C. W. Kennedy and Jim Terry officiating, burial in Copeland
Cemetery.
Visitation is from 1pm until 2pm Monday at the church. Spry Funeral Home
in Athens is directing. Mr.
Turner was born August 24, 1945 in Alabama, he was
a member of Madison Street Baptist Church and he was retired from Monsanto in
Decatur. Survivors: Wife: Regina Turner of Athens; Son: Anthony Turner of
Athens; Grandsons: Seth Turner and Griffin Turner; Sisters: Judy Downs of
Alabama, Peggy Looney of Athens and Dorothy Fogg of Athens.
