Henry Lee Hobbs, 80, of Athens, died
Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at his residence.
There will be a 2pm Memorial Service
Monday at Clements Baptist Church at Poplar Creek with Charles Simmons
officiating.
Mr. Hobbs was born April 19, 1939 in McMinnville, Tennessee, he
was a retired U.S. Airforce Veteran, he was employed for Lockheed in Ft. Worth,
Texas and he work for the Post Office in Huntsville, Alabama.
Survivors: Wife:
Annie Hobbs of Athens, Son: Anthony Hobbs of Sherman, Texas, Daughters: Rebecca
Lynn Derrah of Randleman, North Carolina and Sherry Leigh Powell of Decatur,
Alabama, Brother: Paul Hobbs of McMinnville, Tennessee, Four Grandchildren,
Five Great Grandchildren.
