Charles Ray Higgins, age 83 of Athens, Alabama, died Monday,
April 15, 2019 at Athens-Limestone Hospital.
There will a Graveside Service 3
pm Wednesday at Roselawn Cemetery with Dusty McLemore officiating.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 1 pm - 2:45 pm at Spry Funeral Home.
Mr. Higgins was born December 4, 1935 in Tennessee, he was a member of Lindsay
Lane Baptist Church and a member of the Masonic Lodge. Mr. Higgins was a US Air
Force Veteran and he was retired from the Railroad.
