Angela Maire Dement, 60 of Athens, Alabama, died Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at Huntsville Hospital.

A Memorial Service will be held later.

Mrs. Dement was born April 28, 1962 in Athens and she was retired from Wal-Mart.

Survivors: Daughter: Erin Thompson of Athens; Brother: Mark Dement of Athens. Preceded in death by Brother: Jim Dement.

I'm so sad to hear of Angie's passing. She was the best personnel/HR that Wal-Mart #0661 had!! She will always be my Mama Angie and I will forever be her Angel Baby. I hope you are rocking out with Elvis up there. I love you!!
