Kenneth Edward Meadows age 91 of Athens passed away Saturday
at Athens Limestone Hospital. Mr. Meadows was born January 23, 1935 in
Limestone County. Retired from 3M, a member of Round Island Baptist Church
and a veteran of the Alabama National Guard.
Survivors include his Wife, Judie Meadows. Daughters, Neysa
(Daniel) Leicher and Susan (Chris) Stone. Grandchildren, Matt Leicher,
Elizabeth Dumas, Michael Leicher, Julia Kennair, Holly Hargrove, Jaron Roberts
and Lake Roberts. Forteen Great Grandchildren. Sister, Martha Ann Vasser and
two Nieces. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Edgar and Virginia
Meadows. Grandson, Clinton Roberts.
Services will be 11 am Tuesday in the
chapel of Spry Funeral Home with Mike Green, Juaken Dumas and Jonathon Dumas officiating.
Burial to follow at Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 6-9 pm at
Spry Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Matt Leicher, Michael Leicher, James
Hargrove, Jaron Roberts, Roger Eddie and Rodney Springer.
