David William Hannah, 81 of Athens, AL died Sunday, August
31, 2025 at his residence. He was born November 14, 1943 in Athens, AL to Ed
& Ruth Hannah. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Athens, AL, and
a former member of the Lions Club. Preceded in death by his parents &
Sister, Clara Hannah Newby. Services will be Wednesday, 2 PM at Spry Funeral
Home Chapel with Tee Jackson & Andy Hall officiating. Visitation will be
one hour before the service. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Survivors
include, wife, Rachel Kay Hannah of Athens, AL, daughter, Vicki White (Fred) of
Madison, AL, son, Kirk Hannah of Athens, AL, grandchildren, Brody White
(Hannah) of Harvest, AL, Brent White of Madison, AL, sister, Nella Hannah
Collins of Athens, AL, several Nieces & Nephews. Pallbearers will be
Grandsons & Nephews.
