Timothy Ladalle Pettus, 53 of Athens, died Thursday, December 20, 2018 at North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, AL.

Mr. Pettus was born June 2, 1965 in Limestone County, he attended Salem Springs Baptist Church, he was a Carpenter and he was a U.S. Army Veteran. 

Services will be 11am Monday at Spry Funeral Home Chapel with Kip McKee and Jimmy Cox officiating, burial in New Salem Cemetery, visitation is from 6-9pm Sunday at Spry Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Adam Pettus, Trent Pettus, Keith Ridgeway and Ricky Campbell.

Survivors: Wife: Tamela Pettus of Athens, Sons: Adam Pettus of Athens and Trent Pettus of Richmond, KY, Grandson: Cash Pettus, Sisters: Annie Lou Sandlin of Rogersville, Diane Ridgeway of Athens and Lou Ann Nash of Madison, Brother: Andy Pettus of Athens, several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.

Preceded in death by Parents: Carl and Mary Pettus, Stepfather: Norman Cox, First Wife: Darby Thorne Pettus.
