Mary Joyce Moffitt of Huntsville, died Thursday, November 1, 2018 at Huntsville Hospital.

There will be a 2PM Graveside Service Sunday at Limestone Memorial Gardens with Larry Tucker officiating, visitation is from 12noon until 1:45pm Sunday at Spry Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Chris Looney, Greg Looney, Adam Chittam, Terry Chittam, George Feltman and Tony Chittam.

Mrs. Moffitt was born July 29, 1940 in Limestone County, she was a member of the Church of Christ and she was retired from Redstone Arsenal.

Survivors: Brother: Hubert (Judy) Chittam of Athens, Sister: Billie Clem of Athens, several Nieces and Nephews, Sister-in-Laws: Carolyn Chittam, Wynette Chittam, Angie Chittam and Cordelia Hicks. Preceded in death by Parents: Jeff and Odell Chittam, Husband: James D. Moffitt, Brothers: Ronald Chittam, Bobby Chittam, Randolph Chittam and Wade Chittam.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or Charity of your choice.
