Braxton Clay Brown, age 27, was born on January 30, 1999, and passed away leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

 
 
Braxton was a father, beloved son, brother, grandson, and loyal friend. He proudly served in the United States Army, a reflection of his strength, courage, and commitment to others. Braxton had a rare gift he loved everyone he met and could light up a room the moment he walked into it. Known as the life of the party, his laughter and energy were contagious, and his presence brought joy to all who knew him.

 
 
He is survived by his loving mother, Katrina Hamilton; his cherished daughter, Tate McCormick; sisters, Megan Dempsey (Brandon) and Brittany Wallen (Garrett); half-sister, Julia Lawhorn; grandparents, Wesley and Brenda Brown; great aunt, Kay Hobbs (Terry); along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a wide circle of friends who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.

 
 
Braxton was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Brown; grandparents, Linda and Wayne McCurry; and Robert Hamilton.

 
 
Funeral arrangements will be graveside only, held on Monday, March 2nd, at 1:00 PM at Gatlin Cemetery in Ardmore, Alabama.
 
 
Braxton’s life, though far too short, was filled with love, connection, and light. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
