Barbara Maria Reynolds, age 81, of Athens died February 21, 2026, at Athens Health and Rehabilitation. She was born June 8, 1944, in Germany. Mrs. Reynolds was a member of the Market Street Church of Christ and former owner and operator of Reynolds Iron and Metal - Limestone Steel.
She is survived by her son, Curt Brandon Reynolds; daughters, Sylvia Reynolds, Deborah Reynolds Johnson, Kathleen Reynolds Vazquez, and Heidi Reynolds Malone; grandchildren, Pamela Bennefield, Samantha Stanford, Dillon Ball, Charlie Hale, Matthew Johnson, Amy Fields, Maria Smiley, Avery Malone, Eva Malone, Kimberly Johnson, Brandon Reynolds, and V. Reynolds; thirty great-grandchildren; and sisters, Monica Rosenberger and Lydia Snider. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Alva Reynolds and granddaughter, Ashley Reynolds.
A private, family only, graveside service will take place at a later date.
